This book is a collection of the most memorable and universally themed articles from Father Knott's weekly column, An Encouraging Word, which began appearing in his diocesan newspaper, The Record, in 2002. His goal was to be a voice of God's affirmation and encouragement for ordinary people going about their daily lives.
