My Very Own Yom Tov Guide is the first in a series on the Jewish Holidays. Written by a master educator, it covers the months of Elul and Tishrei, with all of its holidays: Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur Sukkot and Simchat Torah. The book includes carefully researched history, stories, laws, customs and prayers of each holiday. Illustrated with endearing cartoons and lots of graphs and charts, the book makes it easy to teach and learn all about the Jewish holidays! While geared towards students in grades 3-7, adults can also "fill in the gaps" of their knowledge of the holidays.
