The Ruby Warriors-: Book Two - The Clans Unite

The world of man is slowly awakening to the realisation that they are not alone in their struggle against the Warlord Magicians. Stories are rife of Adepts being thrown into chaos. The instigators of this disruption are a group of magically infused fighters and mercenaries, the remnants of a clan that the Warlords had believed to have been completely wiped out by their trickery when they had first invaded the continent. The strange old man Surlan has successfully gathered together a small surviving force of these Ruby Warriors and other gifted individuals to aid him in his quest to rid the Human race of its yoke of slavery. However, if the Ruby Clansmen and women are going to succeed in their mission they will need many more warriors in terms of numbers and skills to confront the earth-magic-using agents, the Adepts, and the armies of soldiers that protect their enemy. As they struggle to amass a greater number of mercenaries the small band of rebels will also have to face unearthly creatures and armies that were being loaned to the Warlords by an evil Demon Lord called Arshaat, who had his own devious plans for the world of men. The survival of the whole planet depends on their success but the Warlords are from a ruthless race of earth-magic users and every action carried out by the men surrounding Surlan will mean terrible repercussions for the ordinary people.
