The Magic of the Avelinos: (And Other Poetic Works on the Mantaro Valley of Peru)

The Magic of the Avelinos is the author's most recent book, which includes poems of the Avelinos' Annual Feast with its dancing and celebration (held in San Jeronimo de Tunan); as well as poems from the Mantaro Valley, Huancayo, Peru, its customs, foods, and archeological sites. Siluk's next book on Peru, out in 2007, La Casa de Azul (The House of Blue) is about the cultures of Peru, in poetic form, appearing from the mist of mystery, and vanish in the mist of oblivion.
