While on a journey further south to a vacation, a family's car breaks down deep in the forest and in the middle of nowhere leaving them stranded and with no-one close to their rescue. They decide to split up and look for help in the areas around the forest only to wander deep into the man-eaters' villages in which they become prey for the not-so-forgiving carnibals by day and the not-so-welcoming ghosts at night. Separeted from each other, tired, hungry, hopeless, sick and in pain, and millions of miles away from rescue, the family members who remain alive have to think well enough for the way out...
