Times are safe. The world is near peace. The United States has The President to thank for a treaty that is so close to being signed that the treaty paper could feel the pen's tip. Everyone was optimistic about the world's future...except for those profiting from the blood of Americans being spilt on foreign grounds. They have come together to assassinate the president, and have picked ex-special forces now-retired Jack Murphy to set up for it. Little do they know that they have drastically underestimated him!
