This book was formed from a personal experience and I chose to share it with the world. For an entire year I challenged myself to find the silver lining every day, no matter how difficult the day had become. There were days I just felt like throwing in the towel, but I knew I couldn't let life's struggles be triumphant over me. I was determined to change my perspective and become victorious in my thinking. Ultimately my life changed because my thinking had been redirected. Over the next 365 days, I will share my journey day by day to show you how I gave birth to my new mental change.
