East Timor in 1996 is not your typical tropical island paradise. Its blood red sunsets are dipped in the real blood of its citizens, who are being exterminated by the ruthless Indonesian tyrant, Suharto. Jack Irvine is drawn into the very vortex of the carnage when he joins a plot to deliver arms to FRETILIN, the ragtag guerrilla force defying Suharto's army in East Timor. Caught up in a world of intrigue and death beyond his control, Jack struggles to save his own life and carry out his part of the mission.
